Let's call it what it is. The game sucked.
The umpire didn't help, but neither did (most of) the Marlins offence.
Elieser gave up four runs on five hits over 4.2 innings with six punch-outs. That wasn't all bad, right?
The bullpen wasn't as good as they have been, but everything is still fine...right?
The Marlins only had three hits. THREE. HITS.
NOW TO THE POSITIVES.
Jesús Sánchez. Two homeruns. I think we've been all been waiting for a game like this from him.
He didn't manage a hit, but Jazz Chisholm Jr played a great game defensively.
I'm not quite sure what else to say about this one. There's still a lot of baseball left to play, but something has got to give. Lets hope Luzardo is the pitcher we need him to be in the next game.
